Goal of Campaign
The client was an abrasive manufacturer with an established Amazon store and a growing brand. The website was driving sales from branded searches but wasn’t driving any traffic or sales for non-branded searches. They approached Upbound with the goal of driving more non-branded traffic and sales.
Our Approach
We hit the ground running on this campaign. We re-optimized title tags across the site, built out product and product category pages, and started a blog to target long-tail topics. We started building links on active forums with follow links, which also drove more relevant traffic and sales. We also set up a scholarship program to earn scholarship links and built relationships with craftsmen to earn links from sites in tangentially related industries.
Results
Since starting our SEO campaign, the client’s traffic has increased by 300% in 3 years. Organic revenue increased 52% from 2020 to 2021 and 9% from 2021 to 2022 with both traffic and revenue continuing to grow.
